For other carriers, I can provide each client with a monthly statement which can be submitted to your insurance company to be reimbursed.You can find information on the back of your insurance card about how to get reimbursed. You will not need to explain the details of your symptoms or concerns. Just ask your provider about "outpatient mental health benefits." You can call the members benefits number to make such an inquiry with your insurance provider.
